currently, alert, conscious
               warm peripheries, capillary refill time less than 2 seconds
               pulses are regular regular rythmm, good volume
               panda eyes,
               oral mucosa moist.


heart rate : tachycardia ( due to high flow adrenaline secondary to case write up submission)

plan :
1- continue writing the case
2. listen to suria cinta
3. take break every one hour for quran
4. encourage oral intake
5. KIV sleep if the case write up not finish.
