Motivation : From Meataxe

Sometimes when you're down, all it takes is a nod, a visit, a text, a phonecall, to pick you up off the ground. A message to let you know that you ARE worthy, you are good enough, you are ok. Whoever, wherever, whatever you are, there's always someone worse off, doing it harder and still pulling the results. Stop playing the victim and realise that life is short, grab those who have loved you and supported you most, those who would almost give their life for you, and hold them tight, because life is way to short to dwell over meaningless bullshit. And the haters, ....well the haters gotta' hate I guess, let them do it, and use it as fuel to explode you to new mental and physical growth
